Community Planning & Development

The Community Planning and Development Department (CPD) activities include many different grant programs that provide a wide variety of grantees.  CPD seeks to encourage the empowerment of local agencies within our community by assisting them with program development and identification of funding sources.  Integrated approaches to funding and program development that expand economic opportunities for our community are promoted.  We believe that the development of agency partnerships, at all levels, is the primary means to accomplish community goals.
