Franklin County Sheriff's Office

The Sheriff serves as a law enforcement official, collects real property taxes and provides court security. Twenty-four hour patrol is also provided to the citizens of Frankfort and Franklin County. Deputies are dispatched through a state-of-the art 9-1-1 Communications Center.

NOTICE

The 2007 Franklin County Property Tax Roll is no longer in possession of the Sheriff. Inquires to unpaid 2007 taxes for Franklin County may be made to the Franklin County Clerk, Guy Ziegler. 502-875-8702.

The 2008 Franklin County Property Taxes are expected to be published around the middle to end of October.

Franklin County has seven taxing districts who set their rates independently. Please check with the Franklin County Property Valuation Administrator for additional information.
