Franklin County Judge Executive

Ted Collins was elected to serve as Franklin County Judge/Executive in January 2007.
Ted is a native of Franklin County and a graduate of Franklin County High School.  He served as Franklin County Sheriff for 28 years.
 

Deputy Judge/Executive

Jennifer Wilson was sworn in as Deputy Judge/Executive by Judge/Executive Ted Collins on March 17, 2008.

Jennifer is a native of Franklin County and a graduate of Frankfort High School.  She has fourteen years of experience with Franklin County Government, serving in various positions from 1987 to 2001.  From 2001 to February 2008, Jennifer worked for the Legislative Research Commission, Government Contract Review Committee. 

Jennifer is Chief of Staff and coordinates several administrative activities for Franklin County including water projects, safety, constituent inquiries and duties assigned by Judge Collins, as set forth by KRS 67.711.
